Pakistan-Based · GRS Certified · Global Export
Abtex International is a PCW Recycled Fiber Supplier from Pakistan serving textile mills, nonwoven producers, yarn spinners, and industrial buyers worldwide. We supply post-consumer waste (PCW) denim fiber, post-industrial waste (PIW) recycled cotton, GRS certified fiber, and denim shoddy — all with GRS Transaction Certificates and full export documentation.
Five fiber types — each with its own source stream, certification path, and commercial specification. Click any card for full technical detail, grades, and pricing guidance.
Post-Consumer Waste
Recycled from post-consumer denim garments — jeans, jackets, shirts — discarded by end users. The highest-impact GRS category for ESG and brand recycled-content claims. Available in Indigo, Dark, Medium, Light, and Bleached grades.

Post-Industrial Waste
Recovered from denim and cotton factory offcuts and manufacturing surplus — before reaching the consumer. More uniform and lower-contamination than PCW. Cost-efficient for open-end spinning, nonwoven, and industrial applications.

Denim Shoddy
Mechanically recycled cotton fiber from denim textile waste — covering both PCW and PIW denim sources. Available across color grades for yarn spinning, recycled denim yarn, insulation, and home textile production.

Global Recycled Standard
Abtex International holds GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification for PCW and PIW recycled fiber operations. As a certified PCW Recycled Fiber Supplier, we issue GRS Transaction Certificates (TCs) per shipment so your mill or manufacturing facility can maintain its own GRS chain-of-custody certification without interruption. Our Scope Certificate is available on request for compliance and audit purposes.
Specification values depend on fiber type, raw material source, and grade. The parameters below are what buyers should confirm before requesting samples or placing commercial orders.
Pakistan has one of the world’s most established textile manufacturing bases — cotton ginning, yarn spinning, fabric weaving, dyeing, and home textile production are all deeply embedded in the local supply chain. As a trusted PCW Recycled Fiber Supplier, Abtex combines this deep manufacturing base with GRS certification, direct factory communication, and full export documentation.
Large volumes of denim and cotton manufacturing waste from Pakistan’s domestic spinning, weaving, and garment export industry feed a consistent supply of PIW and PCW fiber.

Abtex supplies five recycled fiber types: PCW Denim Cotton Fiber (post-consumer waste from discarded denim garments), PIW Recycled Cotton (post-industrial waste from factory offcuts), Denim Fiber / Denim Shoddy (covering both PCW and PIW denim sources), GRS Certified Fiber (with full chain-of-custody TC documentation), and GRS Cotton (certified recycled cotton fiber). All types are available FOB Karachi for international buyers.
PCW (Post-Consumer Waste) fiber comes from denim and cotton garments used by consumers and then discarded. PIW (Post-Industrial Waste) fiber comes from factory manufacturing waste — cutting room offcuts and rejected fabric rolls that never reached a consumer. PCW carries higher environmental impact credentials for GRS certification and ESG reporting. PIW is generally more uniform, lower-contamination, and cost-efficient for high-volume industrial applications. Abtex supplies both types.
Yes. Abtex International holds GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification for its PCW and PIW fiber operations. We issue a GRS Transaction Certificate (TC) with every commercial shipment, linked to our Scope Certificate. This allows your mill or manufacturing facility to maintain its own GRS chain-of-custody certification. Our Scope Certificate is available on request for your compliance documentation.
Yes — recycled denim fiber can be used for open-end yarn spinning, typically blended with recycled polyester (rPET) or virgin cotton to achieve target yarn counts and strength. PCW denim fiber is the primary input for recycled denim yarn and GRS certified yarn. The blend ratio, fiber grade, and staple length depend on your target yarn count, spinning system, and end application.
Every commercial fiber shipment from Abtex includes: GRS Transaction Certificate (TC), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (Pakistan), and MSDS/SDS. On request we can also arrange fiber composition test reports (SGS or Intertek), moisture content certificates, shade/color reference images, and pre-shipment inspection reports.
