What is the typical lead time from order to shipment?

Sample dispatch is within 7–10 working days. Bulk order production lead time is typically 3–5 weeks from order confirmation and deposit receipt, depending on quantity, count, and yarn type. Lead time is confirmed in writing on the proforma invoice. For repeat orders of standard counts, lead time may be shorter.

What payment terms do you offer?
