Answers to the most common questions about our dyed, black, and bleached white cotton yarn.
Bleached white yarn undergoes an optical brightening process to achieve a clean, bright white base — ideal for reactive printing, overdyeing, or white fabric constructions. Cone dyed yarn goes a step further, where the spun cones are pressure-dyed to a specific shade as per the customer’s requirement. Both are available in single, 2ply, and 3ply constructions.
Yes. Our black dyed cotton yarn is produced using reactive or vat dyes and tested to ISO 105 wash and rub fastness standards. Available in single and 2ply, it performs consistently in circular knitting machines for socks (Ne 10s–30s) and flat-bed machines for sweaters (Ne 6/2–40/2), with minimal shade variation between lots.
For socks we recommend Ne 10s to Ne 30s in single or 2ply combed cotton depending on machine gauge. For sweaters, we supply Ne 6/2 to Ne 40/2 — the most commonly used counts are Ne 20/2 and Ne 32/2 on standard flat-bed and V-bed machines. Share your machine gauge and we will advise the right count and ply.
Share your PANTONE code or a physical swatch and we will match the shade as per your requirement — providing lab dips within 5 working days. Colour accuracy is verified by spectrophotometer and visual assessment, ensuring repeatable consistency across bulk production lots.
Yes. Our bleached white cotton yarn is widely used by weaving mills for terry towels, flat-woven bedsheets, and home textile fabrics. Available in coarser counts (Ne 6s–Ne 20s) for rapier and air-jet weaving looms, as well as finer counts for premium percale weaves.
MOQ is 150 kg per shade or type — applicable to dyed, black, and bleached white yarn. We ship by sea freight or air freight worldwide. Packing options include standard export cartons and pallet packing. All export documents are handled by our team.
